Xoa bóp, bấm huyệt không đúng cách gây tổn hại cho sức khỏe

Xoa bóp, bấm huyệt là một phương pháp chuyên ngành vật lý trị liệu có từ ngàn năm. Xoa bóp nhằm phục hồi sức khỏe sau một ngày làm việc mệt nhọc hoặc phục hồi bệnh lý. Đối với những người bị mệt mỏi cơ bắp, tay chân bải hoải, nhức mỏi, đau đầu, đau lưng, căng thẳng trí óc... xoa bóp có thể giúp thư giãn, minh mẫn hơn. Tuy nhiên, thực tế có những người sau khi xoa bóp, xông hơi không những không khỏe ra mà còn bầm tím người, thậm chí ê ẩm hơn. Nguyên nhân thường do nhân viên thiếu chuyên môn xoa bóp, bấm huyệt không đúng cách và không phù hợp với thể trạng từng bệnh nhân. Do vậy xoa bóp, xông hơi không đúng cách có thể gây tai biến có hại cho sức khỏe.

Những điều nên tránh khi xoa bóp và xông hơi:

- Không đi xoa bóp khi đã uống rượu - bia hoặc đang bị sốt, viêm nhiễm: bệnh nhân say rượu hay sốt quá cao đều có thể bị xỉu trong phòng xông hơi hoặc gặp nhiều tai biến khác. Trường hợp bệnh nhân bị viêm nhiễm, sốt cao, khối u, nhiễm trùng, có những vết da lở loét... đều có thể làm lây nhiễm cho người khác.

- Không nên thực hiện những động tác như di cột sống lưng, giậm trên lưng cả người. Những động tác "thô bạo" này dễ gây tai biến, thậm chí gãy xương sườn, chấn thương cột sống... Nhất là đối với những bệnh nhân bị loãng xương.

- Ngoài ra, những người bị suy tim, tăng huyết áp cũng cần cẩn thận, tốt nhất là không nên đi xoa bóp.

- Việc giác hơi, cạo gió lề đường, tay ngang hoặc những cơ sở thiếu vệ sinh có thể bị phỏng nhiễm trùng, chưa kể những trường hợp có thể nhiễm viêm gan siêu vi, HIV...

- Nhiều người muốn giảm béo phì một cách nhanh chóng bằng cách xông hơi thật lâu, cho mồ hôi ra thật nhiều là không nên. Nguyên tắc xông hơi chỉ khoảng 10 phút. Nếu xông hơi lâu và nhiều quá sẽ dẫn đến tình trạng mất nước, choáng, xỉu, phải cấp cứu.

.ALL: File thư viện chữ viết và nghệ thuật Arts and Letters Library.

.ARC: Dạng file ARC hay ARC+ nén.

.arj: Một định dạng nén xuất hiện ở châu Âu và được giải mã bằng unArjMac, DeArj và SITEX10.EXE (win). Đây là những phần mở rộng ở cuối một tên file (đuôi file), biểu thị file đó thuộc định dạng nào. Thông tin đuôi file được hệ điều hành sử dụng để mở ra chương trình phù hợp khi bạn click vào tên file. Ví dụ: *.txt là loại file chữ viết và được xử lý bằng một chương trình văn bản tương ứng.

.ART: Một loại file nghệ thuật có trong các chương trình vẽ hình.

.ASC: Dạng file text ASCII (American Standard Code) biểu thị bằng các con số từ 0 đến 127 và được dịch sang mã nhị phân 7 bit.

.ASF: Dạng file hoạt động suốt Active Streaming của chương trình xử lý web HoTMetaL Pro.

.ASM: Dạng file cho mã nguồn kết hợp Assembly Source Code.

.ASP: Dạng văn bản có các script nhúng thuộc ứng dụng chủ (Active Server Page) của Microsoft.

.AST: File hỗ trợ (Assistant file) của chương trình Claris Works (Apple cung cấp). File này dẫn dắt người sử dụng đi qua từng thao tác bằng cách đặt ra một loạt câu hỏi và rồi sử dụng câu trả lời để thực hiện nhiệm vụ. .ATT: Định dạng do tập đoàn điện tín Mỹ AT&T sử dụng.

.AU: Dạng file tiếng dùng trên máy tính chạy hệ điều hành của Sun Microsystems hoặc UNIX.

.AVI: Định dạng này (Audio Video Interleaved) là loại file nghe nhìn của Microsoft, tương tự như MPEG và QuickTime. Trong AVI, các yếu tố hình và tiếng được xen lẫn.
